Notice is hereby given that I claim one hundred inches of the water running in the Dry Creek, the same measured under a four inch pressure. Said water to be used for irrigating purposes upon the land of the undersigned, in Sections 19 and 20 in Township [illegible] at Mt. Diablo Base and Meridian, and is to be diverted from and drawn off at this Notice and conveyed to the above described lands in a ditch 8 inches wide and 10 inches deep. Camp Bidwell, May 9th 1875. Filed for record at request of H.E. Spangler this 21st day of May A.D. 1875. N. FitzGerald, Recorder.
