C.T. Sharp Ditch Claim. State of California, County of Siskiyou. Know all men by these presents that I C.T. Sharp have located a water ditch in Surprise Valley County and State aforesaid for irrigation purposes taking all the water from Vixie Canyon Creek at a point about one half mile south of Deep Creek and one and a half miles North of Bitty creek and conducting the same to my ranch. Surprise Valley. June 15 1867. C.T. Sharp. Filed for record and recorded July 5th 1867. R.J. Gwin Recorder.
