Notes: SISKIYOU CHAIN OF TITLE: James Wilson/Matson (1866, original ditch, Book 3 page 265) → Louis Nickerson (transfer July 6, 1866) → Elizabeth A. Brown (transfer Dec 30, 1876). Brown asserts priority over Mill dam built AFTER ditch was constructed. Husband William Brown certifies rights belong to Elizabeth in her own right. Transcribed to Modoc records Jan 7, 1884.
