Notice: Notice is hereby given to all persons, that I the Undersigned, claim 500 inches of the water of this Creek (Hot Creek) to be measured under a four inch pressure. The above water to be used for irrigation purposes upon the land claim of the appropriator, situated on the same Creek. Size of the Ditch to be four (4) ft wide, one and one half (1 1/2) ft deep. To which I, the appropriator, and proprietor, sign my name in good faith this 21st day of Dec, A.D. 1874. South Fork Township. Modoc Co. Cal. J.P. Jones. Filed for record at request of J.P. Jones this 23rd day of December A.D. 1874 at two o'clock & 20 minutes, P.M. N. FitzGerald, Recorder. Recorded this 25th day of December, A.D. 1874 at nine o'clock & 38 min. A.M. N.
