Notice to all persons whom it may concern that we the undersigned have this the thirteenth day of July 1880 located and claim all the water running down Diamond Creek at Diamond Springs on the fork full about three and a half miles south of [M?] Commons ranch on the North side of Ash Valley in Modoc County for the purpose of mining our claims on Diamond field and other purposes.
