Notice!! Notice is hereby given that I claim the water here flowing to the extent of one hundred and fifty inches measured under a four inch pressure. I intend to use the same for the purpose of irrigating on my ranch in Little Hot Spring Valley. I will divert the same by a ditch two feet wide and ten inches deep. Modoc Co. Cal. John R. McAfee. October 21st 1879.
