Water Notice — Joseph Burns. Know all men by these presents that I Joseph Burns of Modoc County Cal. have this day located for the purpose of irrigation upon my lands to wit: as the NW quarter of Section 14, SW quarter of SE quarter, E half of NW quarter... all of the water at Section 6, Township 43 N R 16 E... eight hundred inches of water measured under a four inch pressure flowing in the Cedar Mill Creek... also to conduct all of said water from said creek from a point one quarter of a mile above the Forks of said Creek...
