Know all men by these presents that we Lyman Barber and German Barber of Surprise Valley County of Modoc State of California do now as in the past truly and uninterruptedly claim locate and appropriate for the purposes of irrigation... six hundred (600) inches of the water as they now flow in the eastern lenck in said Valley County and State and known as Cherry Lenck.
