Is hereby given that the undersigned has appropriated and claims three hundred inches of the waters of Owl Creek measured under a four inch pressure for the purpose of irrigation on the NE quarter and S quarter of the N quarter of Section 35 and the S quarter of the SE quarter and the S half of NE quarter of the SE quarter of Section 34 Range 16 East of Mount Diablo Meridian.
