I Eli McCarty of Surprise Valley, Siskiyou County, California, hereby give notice that I have claimed and appropriated for irrigating purposes two hundred inches of the water running in the creek known as Mudder Creek said water being taken out on the south side of the creek about half a mile west of the Public Road.
