Know all men by these presents, that I claim (200) two hundred inches of water out of Cedar Creek for the purpose of irrigating my farm; the ditch conveying said water was made by me in 1871 and has been used by me every year since that time. Dated at Cedarville Cal., July 8th 1874. E.J. Bube. Filed for Record this 11th day of July at 6 o'clock P.M., A.D. 1874 at request of J.H. Bonner; this 17th Day of July A.D. 1874 at 40 minutes past ten o'clock A.M. recorded. N. FitzGerald, Recorder.
