Know all men by these presents, that I William M. Scott of Hot Spring Township, County of Modoc, State of California, have this day claimed and appropriated for the purpose of irrigation and for general farm and domestic uses, fifty (50) inches measured under a four inch pressure, of the waters of Bottle Creek in said County and State.
