I J.E. Brower of Lake City Township, County of Modoc, State of California, do hereby locate and appropriate and do claim for the purpose of irrigation and for domestic use three hundred (300) inches measured under a four inch pressure of the waters flowing in a Spring Branch. I hereby give notice that I will divert said water from said creek by means of two ditches, one foot wide and eight inches deep each.
