This is to certify that I have this day claimed and located two hundred and fifty inches of water at the mouth of Pine Creek Canyon to be carried in a ditch three feet and one half wide and ten inches deep; the ditch commencing at the mouth of Pine Creek Canyon, for the irrigating of the half of the N.W. qtr of Section 33, also the one half of the N.E. qtr of Section 28. J.C. Best. At request of J.C. Best, filed for record this 22nd day of June A.D. 1874 at 10 minutes past 8 P.M. and recorded this 17th day of July, A.D. 1874 at 12 minutes past ten o'clock, A.M. N. FitzGerald, Recorder.
