Parker Creek. April 18, 1874. Notice is hereby given that I claim two hundred inches of Water of the Parker Creek for Irrigation purposes, to be measured under a 4 inch pressure. Said Ditch beginning at or near the South line of my Oley Hanson Land Claim running thence through said Claim, and emptying into said Parker Creek at or near the North line of my Land Claim. Said ditch is partially completed and of the following dimensions, three feet wide and two feet deep. Said water has been in my possession undisputed for two years and upwards. Oley Hanson. Filed for Record at request of Oley Hanson May 25th A.D. 1874 at 10 minutes past nine o'clock A.M. and recorded July 6th A.D. 1874 at 6 minutes past nine o'clock A.M. N. FitzGerald Recorder.
