Permit Requirements
Tree Removal Permit required for protected trees on residential and commercial property. Mangrove removal or trimming is preempted by state rule and regulated by FDEP. Hurricane-damaged trees with arborist hazard certification may qualify for expedited removal under FL Statute 163.045.
